Prior to becoming the Team Leader, James was an agent with the Peachtree Road Market Center since 2013. He and his wife, Rachel, established the Farren Group and achieved significant Gross Commission Income (GCI) growth, increasing from $50,000 to building a Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA) team. His passion for teaching and coaching other agents to create their own life by design led him to join the Keller Williams University faculty and become a Keller Williams MAPS BOLD coach. James firmly believes that every individual who enters one of his learning environments has the potential not only to grow personally but also to positively impact the lives of those around them. James and Rachel are active investors who have built their wealth through the power of real estate and are dedicated to helping others embark on their own wealth-building journeys. They enjoy traveling and creating perspective-shifting adventures with their three children: Bella, Lily, and Charlie.
