Director of Operations since January 2016, she ensures that the Operating Principal’s office is able to best serve Rawls Group agents, leadership teams at all five market centers, Alliance Partners, Ownership Groups, and beyond. Stephanie perfected her multitasking and problem-solving skills as a former executive assistant and freelance production assistant in the TV and film industries. Today, she adores supporting agents and seeing their businesses thrive. Outside of work, she loves reading and enjoying the outdoors with her family while at the lake.
